    標題: 雲林縣土庫鎮之社區藥局民眾領藥藥袋標示資訊與用藥安全之調查

    摘要: 衛生福利部於民國91年5月公告藥品包裝容器之13項必須標示及3項建議標示規定並規範藥袋上需有13項必須標示以及3項建議標示。為減少病人因為藥袋上的標示資訊不夠清楚而影響其用藥安全,並檢視現行藥袋標示資訊是否有需要檢討改進之目的,本研究以結構式問卷進行分析,選定在雲林縣土庫鎮之社區藥局領取慢性處方箋的民眾做為研究受訪對象,以問卷型式發放,研究病人對於藥袋上標示資訊的認知、使用行為、使用態度及標示資訊的滿意度調查。研究資料分析以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計和羅吉斯多項式迴歸分析將資料分析與整理。 本研究有效樣本共162人,女性居多,年齡以60歲以上占多數,教育程度普遍偏低,研究結果顯示雲林縣土庫鎮之社區藥局領藥的民眾有86.4%會核對藥袋上的基本資料,有4.3%的民眾在領藥時不會去核對藥袋的基本資料及藥品的數量、品項是否與標示相同。民眾對於衛生福利部法規所規範的13項必須標示及3項建議標示大都認為是重要的,但仍有需要改進的地方。研究資料經羅吉斯多項式迴歸分析結果顯示民眾的教育程度越低,勝算比值越高,對於藥袋標示藥品用法的解說需求越高。民眾的教育程度越高,勝算比值越低,對於藥袋標示藥品用量的解說需求越高,社區藥局藥師對於教育程度不同的民眾在藥袋標示藥品用法、用量應加強說明。 完善的標示可以幫助民眾在用藥上更安全也更便利,建議社區藥局能夠將電腦系統連結健保局到健保資料,加強現有藥袋標示說明的不足。
    Ministry of Health and Welfare in May 2002 announced pharmaceutical packaging containers 13 must be labeled and 3 recommended labeled regulations and regulate the need for drug bag 13 must be labeled and 3 recommended labeled. In order to reduce the labeled information on drug bag is not clear enough to affect its drug safety for patient and examine whether the current necessary to review drug bag labeled information improvement purposes. In this study, structured questionnaire was analyzed, selected patients with chronic prescription in Tuku, Yunlin County, community pharmacies as a research respondent. In the form of a questionnaire issued, studied patients for labeled information cognitive, using behaviors, using attitude on the drug bag and labeled information satisfaction survey. Study data analysis with SPSS statistical software and Multinomial Logistic Regression, by descriptive statistics will data analysis and collation. In this study, a total of 162 effective samples, mostly women, age 60 years and older accounted for the majority, generally low level of education, the results of the study show Tuku Township, Yunlin County Community pharmacy prescriptions patients have 86.4% will check basic information on the drug bag, 4.3% of patients do not go to check the basic information on the drug bag when prescriptions and number of items of drugs whether the same labeled. The patient is considered most important for 13 must be labeled and 3 recommend labeled the Ministry of Health and Welfare regulations standardized, but there are still room to improve. Research data by Multinomial Logistic Regression analysis results show the lower the level of education of the patient, the higher the Odds Ratio value, the higher the use of drugs for the drug bag labeled needs explanation. The higher the level of education of the patient, the lower the Odds Ratio value, the higher dosage of drugs for the drug bag labeled need to be explained, community pharmacy pharmacists for patients with different levels of education in drug bag labeled drugs for use, dosage instructions should be strengthened.Perfect label on the drug can help patients safer and more convenient. Recommend the community pharmacy computer system need to be able to link to the Bureau of National Health Insurance Health Insurance Information, strengthen drug bag label deficiencies of the prior note.
