摘要: | 研究目的:以驗證式因素分析法(CFA)檢驗安全領導次構面配適度、以驗證式因素分析法(CFA)檢驗安全態度次 構面配適度、評估及驗證安全領導與安全態度之關聯性。研究方法: 本研究以臺南地區郵局340位員工為研究對象,研究工具之問卷設計,經參考相關文獻、專家內容效度處理,並整併次構面及修正題目後定稿,本研究採研究者實地問卷調查法施測,資料蒐集譯碼後,以SPSS 21.0及Amos 21.0統計軟體分析,問卷各構面信度(Cronbach’s α)值 .8~ .9之間。依變項性質進行相關分析、常態性檢定、驗證式因素分析(CFA)、組合信度、平均變異數萃取量、信效度分析、結構方程模型(SEM)分析。結果與討論:本研究結果發現郵政從業人員之安全領導與安全態度之結構方程模型分析其配適度chi-square/df = 1.826 < 3,GFI = .928 > .9,AGFI = .902 > .9,TLI(NNFI) = .971 > .9,CFI= .976 > .9,RMSEA = .052 < .08,CN = 204 > 200,結果顯示模型的配適度都相當理想,且已達一般學術論文的要求。另外安全領導與安全態度二者間為正相關且達顯著水準(P < .05)。據此可知,主管的安全領導作為,是員工安全態度與認知的重要影響因素。結論與建議: 郵政主管的安全領導作為,能適時導正員工之安全態度及認知,進而減少意外事故的發生。研究結果,可做為評估郵政業安全領導與安全態度之重要參考。並建議郵政業主管的安全領導行為應以身作則並適時管理教導及關照員工,讓員工能真實感受及認同安全的重要性進而提升員工正確的安全態度,減少職災事故的發生,俾利達成優質的安全績效,追求達成零職災的最終目標。 Research purposes : This study amined to examined the security leadership dimensions fit, the security attitudes dimension of SEM, the leadership assessment, the verification of safety and security relationship by using the confirmatory factor analysis method (CFA). Research methods : This research took Tainan post office 340 Staff study as the subjects. The researcher of this study referred to relevant literatures and processed the expert content validity, dimension of consolidation and modification of the title to finalize the questionnaires. The researchers on-site questionnaire survey was utilized in this study, and SPSS 21.0 Amos 21.0 software faciliated the analysis of dimension of reliability of the questionnaire (Cronbach's α) .8 ~ .9 In between, the variable nature of correlation analysis, normality test, validation factor analysis (CFA), the combination of reliability, the average variance extracted, psychometric analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis.Results and discussion : The analysis revealed the security leadership and security of postal employees of structural equation modeling analysis of the fit chi-square/df =1.826 < 3 , GFI = .928 > .9 , AGFI = .902 > .9 , TLI(NNFI) = .971 > .9 CFI = .976 > .9 , RMSEA = .052 < .08 , CN = 204 > 200 , and the results indicated the fit of the model is within the ideal range and also reached general academic requirements. In addition, the result showed the positive correlation and significatn difference between security leadership and security (P < .05). Hence, the security leadership of supervisors is the key factor that affects employee’s safety attitudes and cognition.Conclusions and recommendations : The research results can be taken to improve the postal service safety leadership and security attitudes as reference. A superviosr’s security leadership can rectify the staff safety attitudes and cognition, and thereby reduce the occurrence of accidents. Therefore, the postal supervisor safety leadership should be takens as a model to instruct time management and take care of the staff properly, so that emplyees can recognize the importance of security and enhance the staff safety for deceasing the occurrence of vocational occupational accident. Moreover, the main purpose of this study is to pursue the ultimate goal of zero level disasters in any future working environment.. |
