摘要:	老化，是生命的必然階段。隨著醫療的進步，餘命延長的結果就是高齡人口的成長，加上戰後嬰兒潮的人都屆高齡，社會結構正在構默默地改變。我國已於民國82年成為高齡化社會，107年將邁入高齡社會，114年更將邁入「超高齡社會」。孝，是中國人的美德，孝養父母，自古以來都是被認定為子女職責；老化併少子化的結果，這個世代的年輕人扶養父母的負擔越來越重，而這個問題並沒有減緩的趨勢。因此，如何解決老人安置跟照護，正是當前政府跟民眾都在探索思考的議題。如何在做到老有所歸的同時，做到可以滿足他們對理想中未來居住環境的期望跟需求，也就是本文想探討的，藉由了解中老年人對於對未來居住環境選擇的影響因素，提供新的思維，是否能符合使用者，也就是老年人們所需要的居住環境，本文將藉由個案訪談跟網路資料的篩選彙整來探討。 Getting old, is the inevitable process within the life cycle. With the progress of medical treatment, the extending of life comes with the growth of elders. To take care of parents has been thought as the duty of the children since the ancient times. However, due to the low fertility rate and the growth of elder population, the burden of serving the parents is getting heavier, particularly in the current generation. Therefore, how to help the elders to settle down and take care of them becomes a significant issue for not only the public but also for the government. In other word, how to fulfill the expectation and the demand of the elders for their ideal living environment is what we attempt to figure out. In this research, with the individual interviews and data selecting from the website will provide further discussion about the factors which influence the choice of living environment for the elders.
