    摘要: 現今人們對於生活品質及健康的訴求下,逐漸重視起環境汙染問題,而防曬劑對於生物有內分泌干擾的問題,顯得對於環境中防曬劑監控的必要性,在以往的萃取方法中吸附型材料昂貴、耗費大量的溶劑的情況之下,本研究開發便利、安全、快速、低成本及環境較友善的前處理技術。本研究利用低密度溶劑以渦漩輔助液液微萃取(VALLME)結合液相層析儀(HPLC)測定在環境水樣中八種防曬劑成分。實驗中分別以環己烷、甲苯、鄰-二甲苯作為萃取溶劑,將適量萃取溶劑注入水樣中,以渦漩的方式產生暫時性的乳化進行萃取。結果顯示甲苯有最佳的萃取效率。實驗中評估不同萃取體積50、75、100 μL, pH 值調整為3、5、7、9與添加0、10、20、30 % 鹽類的影響,結果顯示甲苯體積為100 μL;水樣調整為pH 3;添加10 % 鹽類有最佳萃取效果,萃取回收率介於47.1 ± 3.1~ 93.9 ± 4.0 (%),濃縮因子為51.9 ± 2.8 ~ 103.5 ± 3.6;方法同日異日分析回收率範圍介於83 ~ 113 %之間R.S.D<7.7%;儀器偵測極限為0.15 ~ 14 μg/L。
    The environmental pollution problems become more and more important issue because of the demand of life quality and health demand.Because some sunscreens are considered as Endocrine disrupter ,It shows the necessity to monitor these compounds in the environment. Most traditional analytical methods need either expensive sorbents or large solvent consumption.In this study, a fast , low cost and environmental friendly pretreatment method was developed.Eight sunscreens in water were extracted with low density solvent by vortexed assisted liquid liquid microextraction and determinated by high performance liquid chromatography. Cyclohexane , Toluene and o-Xylene were selected as the extraction solvent. The solvent was injected into the water sample and a temporary emulsion formed via vortex to extract the analytes in water sample.The results showed that toluene has the best extraction efficiency.The different extraction volumes (50, 75, 100 μL), pH values(pH=3,5,7) and sodium chloride addition(0,10,20, 30%) were also investigated. The optimum condition was 100 μL extraction solvent, pH value 3.0 and 10% salt addition. The recoveries were ranged from 47% to 94% and the enrichment factors were ranged from 52 to 103.The recoveries of analytes are ranged from 83% to 113% for intraday and interday analysis. The detection limits are ranged from 0.15 ~ 14 μg/mL.
