    摘要: 本研究將不同比例的 阿斯匹靈(Asp) / 幾丁聚醣(Chit) / 冰醋酸(HOAc) 溶液加入不同濃度三聚磷酸鈉(TPP)、聚麩胺酸(γ-PGA) 溶液中,帶有正電荷之幾丁聚醣(Chitosan) 陽離子聚電解質與 TPP 陰離子聚電解質,因為陰陽離子間靜電反應相互吸引形成顆粒。不同比例的γ-PGA、Chit、TPP和NaOH決定顆粒的物性,如顆粒大小、比表面積、表面型態、藥物包埋率,進而影響藥物的釋放擴散及釋放速率。 結果顯示 1. 提高 Chit 添加量, k 增大 2. 提高 PGA 、 TPP 及 NaOH 濃度, k 值減小 3. 改變 PGA 、 Chit 之 k 值明顯小於改變 TPP 、NaOH 4. 改變 PGA 、 Chit 藥物釋放模式為一級動力模式,而改變 TPP 、 NaOH 則為Higuchi 動力模式。
    In this study, different proportions of Aspirin (Asp) / Chitoasn (Chit) / HOAc are added in dif-ferent proportions Sodium triphosphate (TPP), Polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA) and NaOH solution. Chitosan is a cationic poly-electrolyte which can easily react with anionic polyelectrolyte TPP.The reaction between the ions electrostatically attracted to each other to form particles. Different proportions of TPP, γ-PGA Chit and NaOH determine the physical properties of the particles, such as particle size, specific surface area, surface morphology, drug encapsulation efficiency and affect the diffusion and release rate of drug release.The results show 1. increasing Chit concentration lifts release rate 2. increasing PGA, TPP and NaOH concentrations slow release rate 3. the k value of PGA, Chit are significantly smaller than the k value of TPP, NaOH 4. change the concentrations of PGA and Chit drug release patterns belong to First-order mode however change TPP and NaOH concentrations drug release patterns are Higuchi mode.
