Abstract:	目前針對早期療育兒童治療的支援並不多見，因此，本專題透過Web-based與網際網路方式發展一套「早期療育照護管理系統」，可讓一般民眾在家中替孩童做線上學前評估以及早發現及早治療，醫療人員可上網來跟對個案的療育結果作線上量表之評估與記錄。治療師與註冊之個案家長均隨時掌握兒童在治療過程中之進步情形本專題主要創意說明如下： 1.創新的資訊發展應用 2.Web-based設計 3.使用安全加密技術 4.促進醫病關係
