    Title: 校園魚菜共生水處理循環系統之可行性評估 ─ 子計畫三:魚菜成長與利用效益評估

    Abstract: 本研究應用校內有志廣場二樓「智慧環境水產養殖系統」結合直接漂浮系統(deep water culture aquaponics)、直接灌溉連接系統(media based aquaponics system)及、養殖分離系統(Nutrient Film Technique aquaponics system)三種魚菜共生系統。並於三系統中養殖1cm的鯉魚及種植小白菜,並於每周進行小白菜及鯉魚的生物量測定,進行兩周後比較三系統小白菜及鯉魚的生物量變化之差異比較。試驗中同時測定魚池、魚菜共生系統出水口之氨氮、硝酸及亞硝酸濃度。研究結果顯示,三種魚菜共分系統對氨氮、硝酸及亞硝酸三者濃度在統計分析中並無顯著差異,但是在小白菜及鯉魚的生物量中均以養殖分離系統(p<0.05)最好。綜合以上的結果顯示出,在鹽養鹽的轉換與小白菜、鯉魚的生物變化程度上,皆是以養殖分離系統的效果最佳,其次為灌溉連接系統。未來對於魚菜共生系統的選擇上,較推薦利用養殖分離系統。
