    Abstract: 本研究主要目的為探討外勤消防人員工作壓力、職場疲勞之現況,分析不同人口背景變項與付出回饋失衡情形對二個不同變項的差異情形,並探討工作壓力、職場疲勞與轉換型領導間之關係。以臺南市政府消防局247名外勤消防人員為對象,使用工作壓力量表、職場疲勞量表及轉換型領導量表為工具,採用?述性統計、T檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析,獲得結論如下:一、外勤消防人員多數都是處於付出回饋失衡且過度投入情形。不同人口背景變項與付出回饋失衡情形在整體工作壓力量表及構面間都有顯著差異。二、外勤消防人員的個人疲勞、工作疲勞、服務對象疲勞的相關疲勞情形均為中等。不同人口背景變項與付出回饋失衡情形在整體職場疲勞量表及構面間有顯著差異。三、轉換型領導與工作壓力呈現低度正相關;轉換型領導感受認知愈高,工作壓力感受認知也愈高。四、轉換型領導與職場疲勞方面,沒有顯著之相關性。五、工作壓力與職場疲勞方面,兩者之間達中度的正相關。工作壓力感受認知愈高,職場疲勞感受認知也愈高。
    The main purpose of this study is to explore the profile of job stress, and workplace fatigue of field firefighters, to analyze the effect of demographic backgrounds and effort-reward imbalance situations on the dependent variables and to explore the relationship between transformational leadership and job stress, and workplace fatigue. The subjects were 247 filed firefighters serving at Tainan fire bureau. Questionnaire included job stress scale, workplace fatigue scale and transformational leadership scale. Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods were used to analyze data and to obtain the following conclusions:1. Most field firefighters were in the effort-reward imbalance conditions and over-commitment to Work. Demographic backgrounds variables and effort-reward imbalance had significant correlations with overall job stress scale and subscale.2. The degree of personal fatigue, work fatigue and clients fatigue of the field firefighters were moderate. Demographic backgrounds variables and effort-reward imbalance had significant correlations with overall workplace fatigue scale and subscale.3. Transformational leadership showed low positive correlation with job stress; Aacknowledge of transformational leadership were higher then the cognition of job stress also higher.4. Transformational leadership had no statistically significant correlation with workplace fatigue,.5. Job stress showed moderate positive correlation with workplace fatigue. The higher acknowledge of work stress, workplace fatigue feelings were also higher.
