本研究旨在探討台南市公立體育班實施現況與滿意度調查研究。本研究方法採量化問卷調查，對象台南市19所設置體育班的公立國中，先分層抽樣再立意抽樣，選定七所國中作為研究樣本。正式施測回收有效樣本共298份，經描述性統計和Spss19各項分析後調查結果如下：一、發展體育班是為了成為學校特色70%，發展項目以田徑26.3%最多。二、教練背景以初級專任教練55%最多。三、經費來源政府基本補助36.3%，自籌45.4%。四、學生來源教育局甄選46.1%最多，實施課後學業和生活輔導71.4%。五、體育班一天訓練時數3-6小時57.1%，訓練場地校內58.3%最多。六、獎勵制度對教練依照政府辦法敘獎33.3%，對學生記功嘉獎42.9%。七、行政單位對體育班非常支持71.4%，對於課表、老師都有特殊安排。 在受試者滿意度最好選項：各項專長訓練課表內容。滿意度最差選項：往後生涯規畫輔導和宣傳。 在受試者滿意度差異部分，班級經營規劃構面和體育班整體規劃構面對不同族群滿意度有顯著差異，特別是桌球項目。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of specialized sport education programs (SSEP) and the satisfaction degree of the students who took part in SSEP in municipal junior high schools in Tainan City. The methods of questionnaire survey were adopted to investigate 19 municipal junior high schools in Tainan City with SSEP in the 2012-2013 academic year. First stratified sampling, and then purposive sampling were conducted to select 7 schools out of l9 as samples. A total of 298 valid questionnaires were returned; valid sample data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and spss19. Following is the summary of the study: 1. The Tainan municipal junior high schools offered SSEP to become one of the features of school development. Track and field was the most developed item, which accounted for 26.3%2. The entry-level specialized coaches occupied the most, which took up 55%.3. Funding mainly comes from government subsidies (at least 36.3%) and from the school budget ( 45.4%).4. The way the majority of SSEP students got school admission was by selection of Education Bureau, which took up for 46.1%. The after-class tutorial system was conducted up to 71.4%.5. 3 to 6-hour training a day was up to 57.1%, while the most common training location was in campus (58.3%).6. The most popular award system for the coaches was to reward them according to government regulations (33.3%), and for the students was to record a merit (42.9%).7. The school was very supportive of SSEP, as the statistics showed that 71.4% of the subjects agreed. The school arranged the training program and the coaching staff in particular.As for student satisfaction, the training program in different kind of specialized sport offered by SSEP got the highest scores; on the other hand, the promotion and counseling of life planning got the lowest grades.Concerning the variation of student satisfaction, there was obvious variation between class planning and comprehensive SSEP planning according to different groups of subjects, especially according to the ones who specialized in table tennis.
