    Title: 不同原料配比對拜香燃煙排放特徵之探討

    Abstract: 市面上拜香種類繁多,由於原料配比與竹枝重量不同,導致燃燒後所產生之空氣污染物特徵亦有相當差異。拜香原料組成成分包含:木粉(原料香粉)、黏粉(黏著用之楠樹皮粉)及竹枝 (桂竹材),本研究於實驗室控制各項變因條件下半手動製造拜香,分別以香粉粒徑與竹枝重量之不同加以探討其燃燒所排放之懸浮微粒與多環芳香烴化合物,並初步探討低污染拜香原料之配比。
    本研究選取國人常用之原料為新山香香粉,探討拜香竹枝重量 (0.50 g、0.60 g、0.70g、0.80 g) 及香粉粒徑 (通過50、70、100、150及200號篩 ),兩種變項者對於拜香燃煙之影響。研究結果顯示,竹枝重量占整枝拜香比率越高,且黏粉粒徑較粗,則拜香燃煙中懸浮微粒及多環芳香烴化合物之排放量均增加,本研究結果將可作為製造低污染拜香之重要參考依據,未來加以推廣將可減少降低民眾燃燒拜香所排放之空氣污染物,進而降低對人體健康之危害。
    Many types of commercially available incenses, The ratio of different from bamboo weight and raw material cause that air pollutants generated by the combustion has difference characteristics.In the laboratory, We control factors to made burning incense,The raw material of burning incense include: Wood powder ( incense powder )、Sticky powder ( Phoebe zhennan )、bamaoo ( Makino Bamboo ). For this study, different between wood flours’s particle size and bamboo weight to probe combustion bring about particulates and PAHs,and made better the best raw material’s ratio. This study apply to Sin-shan which is popular incense material. and fixed the bamboo weight ( 0.5 g、0.6 g、0.7 g、0.8 g ) to probe the relationship between incense powder’s diameter ( 50、70、100、15、200 Sieves )and burning incense. Experimental results indicate that the bamboo weight of incense high ratio and thick sticky powder, emission of particulate and PAHs both all increase. This study show the made the low pollutant is important, to popularize reduce pollutants of incense emissions, and then reduce the harm to human health.
