本論文旨在探討工作過勞與安全文化間之關係,透過問卷調查與資料統計分析,了解某玻璃製造廠員工工作過勞情形,並進一步分析工作過勞是否會影響整體安全文化的表現。本研究總共發出250份問卷,回收250份,有效回收?為100 %。本研究結果將工作過勞分為低、中、高3組,低工作過勞佔39.2%、中工作過勞佔27.6%、高工作過勞佔33.2%,中度過勞以上比例佔60.8。研究結果顯示,「工作過勞」與「職場安全衛生滿意度」呈現負相關(r=-0.375、P<0.01)、與「整體安全文化」間亦呈現負相關(r=-0.347、P<0.01),亦即當員工自覺工作過勞的程度越明顯時,員工對於職場安全衛生滿意度以及整體安全文化的表現相對較不佳。最後,亦就研究整體的結果,提供相關的改善與建議,希望對某玻璃製造廠在降低工作共勞情形以及提升整體安全文化認知程度有所助益。 This paper aims to explore the relationship between work burnout and safety culture, through questionnaires and statistical analysis, to understand a glass factory employees work burnout situation and further analyze whether work burnout will affect the overall performance of the safety culture. In this study, a total of 250 questionnaires were issued, 250 recovered, the recovery rate is 100 percent effective. The findings will divided into low, medium and high work burnout group, low work burnout 39.2%, 27.6% in medium work burnout, and high work burnout accounted for 33.2%, Medium and high work burnout are proportion of 60.8. The results show that work burnout and workplace safety and health atisfaction negatively correlated(r=-0.375、P<0.01). And between the overall safety culture also showed a negative correlation(r=-0.347、P<0.01). That is the extent of employees when the more obvious conscious work burnout, workplace safety and health for employee’s satisfaction and overall safety culture is relatively poor performance. Finally, also on the overall study results, Provide improvements and suggestions, Hope to work in a glass factory employee’s reducing work burnout and Improve the overall safety cultural level helpful.
