一般的大學因校園廣闊,有長期性且經常性的餐飲業運補作業或契約校工的機動車輛被允許行駛於校園內,校園也允許行駛腳踏車,若上下課或用餐等顛峰時段擁塞在一起,不免令人不舒服且險象環生。況且校園內沒有一般道路交通規則管理的規劃或規範,難以對機動車輛與非機動車輛進行法律的約束,又學生在校園內行走或騎乘腳踏車較於在一般使用道路更沒有危險意識,本研究的目的,即針對此校園問題,研究校園用路族群對於校園交通環境的整體態度,及瞭解他們在校園內用路的知識、行為、態度、與對校園靜穩化之意向,以提醒教育單位對此重視。針對113份有效樣本進行SPSS統計分析探討,結果顯示受測者對校園的交通安全與安靜情形感到最不滿意;受測者在年齡、身分與工作、在校年資等三項特徵與經驗對校園交通安全整體態度有顯著差異;對校園交通知識、行為與態度方面,受測者性別不同對校園交通安全認知有顯著差異,年齡不同對校園交通安全認知、校園汽機車行為有顯著差異,身分與工作不同對校園交通安全認知有顯著差異,在校年資不同對校園交通安全認知有顯著差異,成長環境不同皆無顯著差異,社經狀況不同對校園道路使用認知態度有顯著差異,是否經歷過車禍不同對校園自行車行為有顯著差異;校園交通靜穩化之認知與態度,不同特徵與經驗對於校園交通靜穩化之認知與態度之差異分析,檢定結果顯示皆無顯著差。 Generally, the campus in university is wide. There were vehicles of outsourcing contract labors and regular transportation for catering supplying traveling on the campus. Also, most of the university allows bicycle travel on campus. In the rush hour of class and dining time, they congested together and in dangerous. There are no traffic rules or management plan in campus and difficult to constrain motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles. Students have no hazard awareness walking or riding bicycles on campus compared to the general road outside the campus. The purpose of this study was to realize the overall attitude of campus groups with road traffic environment, and the way in the campus of knowledge, behavior, attitudes, and traffic calming intention. Apply the 113 effective samples with SPSS statistical analysis. The results showed that the subjects felt most dissatisfied on campus traffic safety and quiet situation. There were significant difference in the overall attitude of campus traffic safety in three characteristics and experience which is the subject's age, identity and work style. There were significant differences between different gender regarding to campus traffic safety awareness. There were significant differences among different ages regarding to the traffic safety awareness, and the motor vehicle behavior on campus. There were significant differences among different identities regarding to the campus traffic safety awareness. There were significant differences among different seniority regarding to the traffic safety awareness. There were no any significant differences among different growth environments regarding to the traffic safety awareness. There were significant differences among different Socio-economic statuses regarding to the campus road use cognitive. There were significant differences between whether experienced with car accident or not regarding to campus bike behavior. There were no any significant differences regarding to the traffic calming in campus.
