    SYNTHESIS OF TITANIUM DIOXIDE NANOPARTICLES USING SOL-GEL FOR DEGRADATION OF CHLOROPHENOLS

    摘要: 本研究利用光觸媒及可見光分解水中2-氯酚,所使用之光觸媒是以溶膠-凝膠法合成,使用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)以觀察形態催化劑表面。使用X射線衍射(XRD)分析了光催化活性,和傅立葉變換紅外(FTIR)光譜探討不同的合成參數及銫摻雜量所獲得之光觸媒分解2-氯酚之效能。本研究以釩和銅改質二氧化鈦,添加1g到5g所改質之二氧化鈦至一公升 2-氯酚溶液中尋求最佳反應條件變。同時選定反應pH值為2、3、5.5、7和9作為反應條件。結果顯示,在濃度為20ppm、pH值為5.5之2-氯酚水溶液中,催化劑的最佳添加量為3g,二氧化鈦與硫酸銅的原子比為100: 0.21 mol%。在持續6小時300 ?C的鍛燒與0.1 V/V硝酸量的條件之下,可以完全分解2-氯酚。
    2-Chlorophenols (2-CP) photodegradation by Vanadium and CuSO4-doped TiO2 photocatalysis were prepared by sol-gel method with visible light was the main objective in this study. The effects of different synthesis parameters, amount of dopant, amount of acid added during synthesis and calcinations temperature, on 2-CP degradation were investigated. The amount of Vanadium and CuSO4-doped TiO2 were varied from 1g to 5g with 1000 ml of 2-CP solution in the CSTR system to determine the optimum synthesized condition. Also, the pH values, 2, 3, 5.5, 7 and 9, were investigated to scrutinize the changes of concentration of 2-CP photodegradation during the catalytic testing. Moreover, the photocatalytic characterization were conducted to examine the phase composition, morphology catalyst surface, the particle size of catalyst and the energy band gap of catalyst by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Laser particle size respectively. The results shows that the optimum amount of catalytic is 3g/dm3, pH values of 5.5 with 20ppm concentration of 2-CP photodegradation, CuSO4-doped TiO2photocatalyst with the atomic ratio of Ti:CuSO4 of 100:0.21 mol% using visible light, it gave the 2-CP photodegradation of 100% at 6 hours with calcination temperature and amount of nitric acid at 300 ?C and 0.1 V/V.
