目的:工作壓?為醫?照護場所長期關注的重點,若能養成良好的生活型態並參與休閒相關的活動,將可以有效降低工作壓?並提升照護品質。因此本研究擬瞭解醫院行政人員之工作壓力、生活型態及休閒參與之現況及相關性,並探討研究對象社會人口變項與工作壓力、生活型態及健康休閒三構面之差異,最後探討影響健康生活型態、休閒參與及工作壓力之預測因子。方法:本研究是以醫院的行政人員為對象,採立意取樣以南部三家區域教學醫院層級以上之醫院進行調查,問卷施測以普查法進?,共發放600份問卷,問卷回收率為86%,問卷內容設計分為四大部分:人口學變項(基本資料)、工作壓力量表、健康促進生活型態量表及休閒量表。結果:在工作壓力構面中,以薪資福利跟環境變遷為最大壓力源;在健康促進生活型態構面中,以人際支持及自我實現表現較好,而健康責任及運動行為是表現較差;在休閒參與上普遍較為缺乏。而健康生活型態中人際支持及壓力管理為工作壓力較強之預測因子;休閒活動參與中運動型與知識型為健康生活型態較強之預測因子。結論:本研究結果希望能提供給醫院管理者所參考,針對員工壓力來源尋求抒解之道,並提供健康促進職場及休閒活動參與,藉以促進員工的生理及心理健康,提升工作績效及滿意度,進而提升醫療服務品質。 Objectives: work-related stress is long term concern in the healthcare industry. If employees cultivate good life style and participate in recreational activities, they will reduce work-related stress and improve care quality. The research is aim to explore work-related stress, life style and recreational activities of administrative staffs, and analyze the relation among social demography, work-related stress, health recreational activities, as well as to find out predictable factors. Method: By convenient sampling, total numbers of 600 administrative staffs are recruited as the subjects in the regional teaching hospital with 86% responding rate. The questionnaire divides into four dimensions: demography, work-related scale, health promotions and recreation scales.Result: the major source of stress is salary, benefit and environment change in the construct of work-related stress; social support and self-fulfillment is better aspect in the health promotion construct; the health responsibility and exercise behavior are the worse as well as recreation participation. Social support and stress management are sensitive predictors in the work-related stress; sport and knowledge types of recreation participation are the stronger predictors in the health life style.Conclusion: The result of this study is the reference for hospital manager to resolve work-related stress of employees. By health occupation promotion and participation of recreation activities employees will increase their job performance and satisfaction as well as good quality of medical service.
