廢棄物清除機構是垃圾焚化廠一般事業廢棄物的主要供應者，是維護商家及市容整潔的清道夫，也是都市去污彩妝的幕後功臣，更是政府清運廢棄物的好幫手。以往，清除機構總讓人覺得是髒兮兮的工作者，但現今的清除機構已是服務快、形象佳且具備專業的工作者。清除機構在清運廢棄物上扮演著重要角色，值得我們來探討其自產源清除廢棄物後，如何將其妥善依法運送至中間處理或最終處置場所。本研究旨在探討廢棄物清除機構選擇大型都市垃圾焚化廠進廠對象之「考量因素」，及對垃圾焚化廠提供服務之「滿意度調查」，藉由製作問卷針對清除機構進行調查、並將所得資料進行解析，以提供清除機構及垃圾焚化廠營運管理之參考。經由研究結果顯示，受訪清除機構於選擇大型都市垃圾焚化廠，認為重要之考量因素計有10項，其中最在意的是(1)「穩定的合作關係」 (2)「爐況穩定操作」 (3)「焚化處理費(價格) 」及「市場競爭」。清除機構最不滿意焚化廠的項目是(1)「車輛故障或緊急狀況、環保法令諮詢」 (2)「傾卸平台人員稽查」合理性 (3)「文書作業效率及整體服務品質」。本研究結果顯示，選擇「穩定關係及資訊服務」，可以有效預測清除機構跟已簽約焚化廠之「續約意願」。可解釋變異量為30.9%(R平方值為0.309)，F值=41.285，p<0.05，達統計顯著水準。 Waste clearance organizations are the main suppliers of municipal solid waste incineration plants, it transporting non-hazardous industrial waste from various generators to the incinerator. The organization also is a environmental quality maintainer and promoter. Sometimes it helps the implement authorities to clear the domestic waste . In the past, it is impressed by their dirty staffs. However, the image is replaced by fast and professional service, playing an important role in the waste management in Taiwan. It is worth for us to explore the history of waste clearance organization in Taiwan, witnessing Taiwan's economy development course.This study was designed to investigate the considerations of waste clearance organization for the choosing large scale municipal solid waste incineration plant, where the transforted wastes will be properly treated. The evaluation of service satisfaction of various waste incineration plants was conducted by performing questionnaire survey of waste clearance organizations. Based on the resulting data analysis, some advices will be proposed to waste incineration plants for the promotion of sevices.Research findings show the considerations of waste clearance organization for the choosing large scale municipal solid waste incineration plant to cooperation summarized totally 10 items and were in the order of "stable co-operative relations", "stable furnace operating conditions" and "costs ".The most dissatisfied items of waste clearance organization on the incineration plant service are (1) "vehicle emergency relief, environmental laws counseling, (2) " reasonable personnel inspection on platform " and (3) "Paperwork efficiency and overall service quality."The results of this study show considerations on "stable relations and information services" are most releated the renewed contracts willings. The amount of explainable variation is 30.9%, with R squared value of 0.309. The F value equals 41.285 and p is lower 0.05, with level of statistical significance.
