    Abstract: 純天然植物萃取液,應用在保養品上,已經形成一種不可抗拒的潮流。本研究以三種植物科別:錦葵科(Malvaceae)、漆樹科(Anacardiaceae)及薔薇科(Rosaceae)植物為研究素材。這三種植物常見於市面上,但是在面膜產品的應用上卻少有所見。因此本研究進行開發此三種植物之花朵萃取液,探討應用在三種面膜材質(凝膠面膜、不織布面膜及PVA 面膜)配製,最後以臉部改善效果作為評估依據。本研究將此三種植物之花朵以微波萃取,取得植物花朵中的萃取液。接著將三種植物萃取液加入乳酸菌,溫度控制在15-45℃,厭氧狀態下進行發酵,形成乳酸發酵液。接著將乳酸發酵液進行調配並添加到不同材質面膜產品中,製備已發酵與未發酵的面膜產品。最後進行人體臉部使用試驗,分析改善率進行評估。研究結果可分為面膜材質對臉部改善功效評估、複方面膜對臉部改善率功效評估。實驗結果顯示,在全臉膚質上,此十五種劑型功效性,錦葵科發酵凝膠面膜劑型,毛孔改善29.26%、紋理改善29.37%及紫質改善39.70%,表現最為出色。未來可利用此結果開發更多化粧保養品。
    Natural flower extracts has been applied in the skin care product and hasformed an irresistible trend. This study is based on three kinds of flowers:Malvaceae (Malvaceae), Anacardiaceae (Anacardiaceae) and Rosaceae(Rosaceae) plants. These flowers are common flowers in the market but rarelybeen applied on the facial mask. Therefore, this study was conducted to developthese three flower extract and the formulation and applies it on three kinds ofmask materials which including gel mask, non-woven mask and PVA mask toinvestigate the effect of improving the skin.We used the microwave to heat the material for obtaining the flowerextract and then we added lactobacteria into the flower extracts. The temperatureis controlled at 15-45℃ and incubated in an anaerobic condition environment toconduct to ferment into the lactic acid fermentation liquor. Then we blend thelactic acid fermentation broth and add into different types of material to becomethe fermented and unfermented facial mask product to conduct the skin testing,result analysis of effect.In the gel formulations in order Malvaceae fermentation liquid gel mask ,improve the pores of 29.26%, improve the texture of 29.37% and improve theporphyrins of 39.70%. This result can develop more cosmetic care products inthe further.
