    Title: 快速混合輔助氧化脫硫技術應用於連續式模組之研究

    Abstract: 本研究以廢潤滑油精鍊再生之燃料油,廢潤滑油淨化再生之燃料油及廢輪胎熱裂解再生後之燃料油,做為實驗油品應用於快速混合輔助氧化脫硫方法,結合高剪斷力作用(乳化頭)、相間轉移作用(溴化四辛基銨)及過渡金屬催化氧化反應(鎢磷酸、過氧化氫)進行氧化,並配合固體吸附劑(活性白土、活性氧化鋁)將Sulfone自油品中去除,將試驗結果套用於連續式串聯模組,以達資源再利用及生產乾淨能源為目的。 連續式氧化實驗中利用瓶杯實驗結果套用之高剪斷力反應器作時間差異,固定油品/過氧化氫比例,配上等量的鎢磷酸與溴化四辛基銨加藥量。而以瓶杯研究結果得知,對於有機硫化物之氧化情形,會隨著鎢磷酸、溴化四辛基銨與高剪斷力時間增加,對於有機硫的氧化效果有增加的趨勢。實驗是固定油品/過氧化氫(100毫升/150毫升),配上等量的(鎢磷酸;溴化四辛基銨:高剪斷力反應器),而最佳化氧化參數:廢潤滑油再生之燃料油(2克:4克:30分鐘),廢潤滑油淨化再生之燃料油(2克:4克:30分鐘),廢輪胎熱裂解油(2克:4克:30分鐘)。而在連續式實驗中,氧化效率在10分鐘均可達到60%以上,30分鐘均可達到80%以上。關鍵詞:快速混合、氧化脫硫、清淨能源、連續式氧化脫硫
    In this study, the regenerations of recovered waste lubricating oil, refined waste lubricating oil, and waste tire recovered pyrolysis oil were studied. The rapid mixing experiments assisted oxidative desulfurization method, combined with high shear force, the phase transfer effects (tetraoctylammonium bromide),and the transition metal catalysis (tungstophosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide) was executed in wasted oil purification. The solid adsorbents, such as activated clay, and activated alumina, were also examined for sulfone removed from the oil to obtain the production of low-sulfur oil, and statistical strength set for continuous type module, thus, it could achieve the reuse and re-production of clean energy from wasted resources.Continuous oxidation experiments used jar-test experimental result apply mechanically were conducted using high shear force of the time difference, a fixed oil/proportion of hydrogen peroxide, and the dosages of catalysts and surfactants.This research suggests that the oxidation of organic sulfur compounds under the tungstophosphoric acid and tetraoctylammonium bromide increased duration of action by high shear forces, where the oxidation efficiency of the organic sulfur compounds is more increased. With the same amount of oil/hydrogen peroxide (100 mL:150 mL) under different proportions of (tungstophosphoric acid: tetraoctylammonium bromide: duration of action ofhigh shear force), the optimum oxidation parameters are as below: recovered waste lubricating oil is 2 g:4 g:30 minutes, the refined waste lubricating oil is 2 g:4 g:30 minutes, waste tire recovered pyrolysis oil is 2 g:4 g:30minutes.In the continuous experiments, the oxidation efficiency can be reached in 10 minutes more than 60%, 30 minutes can reach more than 80%.Keywords: High-Speed Mixing, Oxidative Desulfurization, Clean Energy, Continuous Oxidative Desulfurization
