Abstract:	台灣近幾十年來經濟快速發展，產生了許多環境與生態的問題。面對嚴酷的現實，人們應當重新思考人與自然、社會的關係。人們逐漸認識到，對自然環境不可過度開發，需與自然和諧相處。先秦儒家、道家思想中蘊含著豐富的生態思想。儒家的「天人合一」、「仁民愛物」、「用之有節」。道家的「道法自然」、「萬物平等」、「知足寡欲」，這些思想對當今生態環境的保護具有重要的啟發，值得借鏡。本論文題目為「先秦儒道生態思想研究」，探討儒家、道家學說中蘊含的生態思想；先秦官制中設立的維護生態的官職及皇帝頒發有關維護生態的詔令，及其對秦漢生態思想的影響。
