    Abstract: 本研究主要目的係為探討外勤消防人員輪班、職場疲勞與心智負荷之現況,分析不同個人屬性對職場疲勞與心智負荷二個不同變項的差異情形,並探討職場疲勞與心智負荷間的關係。以某消防局243名外勤消防人員為對象,使用職場疲勞量表及心智負荷量表(NASA Task Load Index, NASA-TLX)為工具,採用敘述性統計、T檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析,獲得結論如下:一、單位別、年齡、BMI值、職稱、服務年資、運動習慣、婚姻狀況、家中有生活上需要照顧的老人、居住地在外縣市與近一星期夜間出勤次數等個人屬性在職場疲勞上有顯著差異情形。二、職稱與近一星期夜間出勤次數等個人屬性在心智負荷上有顯著差異情形。三、心智負荷挫折程度與整體職場疲勞呈現低度正相關;挫折程度感受認知愈高,整體職場疲勞感受認知也愈高。心智負荷挫折程度與服務對象疲勞呈現低度正相關;挫折程度感受認知愈高,服務對象疲勞感受認知也愈高。
    The main purpose of this study is to explore the profile of work shift system, occupational burnout and mental workload of field firefighters, to analyze the effect of personal characteristics on the occupationl burnout and mental workload and to explore the relationship between occupationl burnout and mental workload. The subjects were 243 field firefighters serving at a fire bureau. Questionnaire included workplace fatigue scale and NASA Task Load Index. Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods were used to analyze data. The result of this study indicated:1.The variables of service units, ages, BMI, professional job titles, seniorities, exercise habits, marital statuses, families with life in need of care for the elderly, living in the outer counties and nearly one week attendance times at night had significant correlations with occupational burnout.2.The variables of job titles and nearly one week attendance times at night had significant correlations with mental work.3.The frustration level of mental workload showed modestly positive correlation with overall occupational burnout. The higher acknowledge of frustration level, overall occupational burnout feelings were also higher. The frustration level of mental workload showed modestly positive correlation with client-related burnout. Ther higher acknowledge of frustration level, client-related burnout feelings were also higher.
