    摘要: 本研究在台灣地區天然及人工沼
    澤、濕地採集水樣，經由誘釣、分離、
    純培養20 個菌株，共鑑定8 屬11 種，
    其中Rhizophydium 為優勢屬， 而
    Rhizoclosmatium globosum 以及
    Rhizidiomyces hirsutus 為新紀錄種；且
    天然濕地所保存的壺菌種類多樣性明
    顯高於人工濕地。
    This project is investigate the
    chytrids in natural wetland and
    artificial wetlands of Taiwan. The
    samples of water were collected. The
    twenty isolates of this study were
    identified as 8 genus 11 species of
    Chytridiales and Hyphochytriales. The
    Rhizophydium is dominant genus. The
    Rhizoclosmatium globosum and
    Rhizidiomyces hirsutus are newly
    records from Taiwan.
