    Title: 超音波線上清洗生物性積垢控制對SMBR活性污泥與過濾通量效應之研究

    Abstract: 薄膜分離技術已廣泛應用在水與廢水處理上,尤其是水及廢水回收再利用更是不可或缺。而薄膜積垢(fouling)現象卻影響其使用效率及提高處理成本,進而阻礙其應用推廣。本研究於沉浸式薄膜生物反應槽(Submerged membrane bioreactor, SMBR)內組裝一超音波設備,應用於線上薄膜去生物性積垢,探討超音波對薄膜積垢控制與對活性污泥活性之影響,以期將此技術應用於SMBR處理廢水,提高其操效率、降低處理成本提高水回收再利用之目標。在10000 mg/L高活性污泥濃度下,於薄膜過濾時間至26小時,薄膜積垢使過濾通量,由769.2 mL/h之初使過濾通量下降至270.8 mL/h。於第32小時進行2分鐘的超音波線上清洗,清洗後通量回復到466 mL/h,恢復過濾通量達72%以上。但繼續過濾至46小時,通量下降到127.6 mL/h,再進行線上清洗,清洗後通量卻只能回復到217.2 mL/h,恢復過濾通量約70%。另進行超音波線上清洗,發現在實驗使用之超音波頻率與功率下,對微生物分解有機物影響不明顯。
