    Abstract: 在光線照射下及在黑暗中衰老的洋蔥的鱗葉外表皮細胞，其核面積與核乾重在實驗期間的前三天內大大的減少，而在後六天內輕微的逐減；光線照射下衰老的鱗葉表皮細胞顯示這種變化較大而且也較快。
