摘要:	1.正常的貓對靜脈注射homocysteic acid及cysteic acid均能引起嘔吐：homocysteic acid之ED50為17.71mg/kg而cysteic acid為95.27mg/kg，其相對藥效為5.38：1。 2.Glycine對homocysteic acid與cysteic acid所引起的嘔吐句有防止或延長潛伏期之作用。 3.Homocysteic acid與cysteic acid之嘔吐可能是因興奮CTZ及嘔吐中樞等處細胞群之結果。 1. The emetic responses of intravenous injection of homocysteic acid and cysteic acid were studied in cats:The ED50 of homocysteic acid was 17.71mg/kg and cysteic acid was 95. 27mg/kg, respectively. 2. Glycine can prevent homocysteic acid and cysteic acid induced emesis in cats. 3. The emetic action seems that homocysteic acid and cysteic aciid excited the neurons of CTZ and vomiting center of cats.
