利用氣相層析儀(Shimadzu GC-5A)，採用Silicone GE-SE-30 (1.5%, on Chromosorb W, 60-80 mesh)，及玻璃層析管 (2m.?=3mm.)於70℃或90℃恆溫下進行對於市售13種m-Cresol, o-Dichlorobenzene皂化消毒液之分析，不但效果良好，亦可進行定量，於分析中不但此二成分外，尚發現了Monochlorobenzene，p-Dichlorobenzene及二個未知的成分。 A gas chromatographic method using a 2m. glass column packed with 1.5% Silicone GE-SE-30 on Chromosorb W (60-80 mesh) at 70℃ or 90℃ was studied for the separation and quantitative analysis of thirteen different products of disinfectants consisting saponified m-Cresol with o-dichlorobenzene purchased from local markets. In addition to the excellent results, monochlorobenzene, p-dichlorobenzene and two unknown components were simultaneously found during the analysis.
