Abstract:	利用臺灣天然資源樟腦，合成硫氰醋酸龍腦和醋酸龍腦，並以DDT為對照，檢討此二種龍腦衍生物對於玉米象(Sitophilus zeamais L.)的殺蟲效果，和對鱗鯉魚(Cyprinus carpio)以及吳郭魚(Tilapia aurea)的魚毒。同時對於小白鼠的半致死劑量亦加以檢討。 Bornyl thiocyanoacetate (BT) and bornyl acetate (BA) were prepared from camphor. The insecticidal effect of BT and BA against Sitophilus zeamais L. and toxicity against Cyprinus carpio and Tilapia aurea had been studied by using DDT as the reference standard. The LD50 (48 hrs., i.p.)of BT and BA against mice were also studied.
