    摘要: 行政院環保署於2012年5月公布PM2.5空氣品質標準,顯示 PM2.5氣膠是主要影響大眾健康的空氣污染物之一。燃煙是民眾生活環境中極易接觸的PM2.5污染物質,滯留在室內環境或排放至大氣環境中。特別是具有濃郁香味的燃煙,燃燒過程中,散發出芳香類的香氣,這些香味來自天然或是業者為增加其香味所添加,並無明確標示與管制。這些香味化合物會導致嚴重接觸過敏的主要來源之一,易誘發過敏性接觸皮膚炎。迄今為止,對於人體暴露於此散發香味的燃煙 PM2.5的研究有限,特別是其滯留在室內與室外環境的影響認知有限。本研究即建立燃煙 PM2.5氣膠中致過敏性指標物種-丁香酚類(Engenols)之排放特徵並對其光化機制加以探討,以釐清致過敏性物質丁香酚類的光化潛勢。本計畫預計分兩年期完成。第一年度計畫完整建立PM2.5氣膠燃煙中致過敏性物質的丁香酚類的分析條件及可行的採樣方法,藉以定量分析香粉與拜香燃煙中丁香酚類的的濃度,比較台灣傳統拜香與泰國傳統拜香燃煙中丁香酚類的含量,進一步評估以自製未添加香料的環保拜香之燃煙中丁香酚類排放係數的減量成效。第二年度計畫建立拜香燃煙中丁香酚類氣膠微粒的光化環境控制系統,探究丁香酚類衍生物之間的光化反應的機制,與光化環境影響丁香酚類之光化反應因子,進一步採集香火鼎盛的廟宇拜香燃煙所產生的燃煙微粒,探討香客在廟宇內外所承受的致過敏性丁香酚的暴露濃度變易。
    Smoking is one of air pollutants which people are easy to contact in the outdoor and indoor environment. Specifically, with the strong fragrance during burning; however, whether the fragrance is natural or contains any additives added by the incense manufacturers is not defined or controlled. Excessive exposure to fragrance compounds is major sources of allergens, easy to induce allergic contact dermatitis. So far the study of human exposure to the original emissions of ultrafine aerosol is very little, stuck in the room emissions to the environment or atmosphere of the photochemical mechanism has not been further explored. In this study, that is, for PM2.5 aerosol in the eugenol-induced allergic substances and mechanisms of photochemical generation to be explored, to clarify the allergenic substances eugenol potential photochemical. This is a two-year project. In the first year, the analysis conditions and feasible sampling methods of eugenols in the PM2.5 aerosol will be established, and the concentration of eugenols in the incense powder and burning smoke of incense are analyzed. The contents of eugenols in the burning smoke of Taiwan’s traditional incense and Thai traditional incense are compared to evaluate the decrement effectiveness of eugenols emission factor in the burning smoke of self-made environmental-protection incense without any spices. In the second year, the photochemical environmental control system of eugenols aerosol atom in the burning smoke of incense will be established to explore the photochemical mechanism among the derivatives of eugenols and the factors in the photochemical environment to affect the photochemical reaction of eugenols. It further discusses the difference of exposing concentration of eugenols endured by the visitors inside and outside the temples, based on the burning smoke atom of incense gathered in popular temples.
