    Abstract: 本研究仿照醫生問診一問一答方式與遵循人機介面原則,於Android 系統平台設計出一套高易用性的App 系統雛型。其功能為常見疾病症狀自我診察,查詢最適合的就診醫院資訊與其Google Map 位置,與記錄症狀自我診察過程。分析各種症狀診察路徑,歸納症狀診察路徑規則性,設計症狀診察圖形檔命名推論引擎,作為症狀診察系統演算法。設計問卷針對系統使用後滿意度測量之結果顯示,有智慧型手機組平均高達88%,沒有智慧型手機組平均高達90%,無顯著差?(p 值=0.231535)。系統在人機介面設計的七項面向問卷調查上趨近頂標,顯示本系統有極高的易用性。
    In this study, we imitated doctors interrogation ways and followed the principles of HCI to design a high usability App system prototype on Android platform. The functions of system include self-symptom check from some common symptoms, searching the most appropriate hospital from Google Map, and recording the processes of self-symptoms checking. After analyzing the symptoms checker paths, we generalized some rules and applied them to design a graphics file system named symptom checking inference engine as the algorithms of symptom checker. From the results of system satisfaction questionnaire for two groups which one has smartphone and the other one has not, it showed that the former is up to 88 and the latter is 90, respectively. There is no significant difference between two groups (p-value = 0.231535). And the results of seven features of HCI on the questionnaire approach the top mark. This showed our App system has a high usability.
