    摘要: A rapid and sensitive colorimetric method for the simultaneous determination of acrinol and berberine HCI in the combined preparations is described. It involves first the treatment of acidified aqueous sample solutions with sodium nitrite, then the reacted sample solutions are measured at λmax of 515 nm and 416 nm for the quantitative determination of acrinol and berberine HCI respectively with the application of a small correction for the absorbance of diazotized acrinol. There are little interferences from other ingredients or excipients which are currently presented in the preparations.The simplicity and high reproducibility of the procedure mentioned here has been proved as a convenient method in the quality control of such combined preparations.
    Acrinol及Berberine HCI在混合製劑中,由於具有相近的性質,如果以公定書之方法無法達成分別定量的目的。本法使用酸化的檢品溶液與亞硝酸鈉反應後,Acrinol於波長515mm與標準溶液比較其吸光度;而Berberine HCI則於416nm測定並扣除前者於此一波長的吸光度,再與標準溶液比較,經實驗證明,在本篇討論的處方範圈內,不受常存的賦形劑及其他配合成分的干擾,結果準確,再現性良好,而且操作簡單易行,實為此類製劑品質管制之一可行方法。
