摘要: | 由於週休二日及國人生活水準提高,溫泉的開發與利用以觀光、旅遊、度假及休閒為主軸,早期國人深受日本溫泉文化以及世界潮流之影響,對於溫泉的喜好更是表露無遺。台灣溫泉的泉質中以碳酸氫鈉泉質為最多,由於碳酸氫鈉溫泉沒有刺鼻的硫磺味,也不像部分溫泉有著濃濁的顏色,其無臭無色,據說碳酸氫鈉泉對皮膚有良好的美容效果,浸泡此種溫泉對皮膚會有滋潤和美白的功效,而獲得美人湯之美名。近年來,國內多位學者研究亦發現碳酸氫鈉溫泉水具有吸收自由基及抗發炎作用。在國外早已有相關性的研究,鑑於法國之溫泉應用於美容保養方面的研究,台灣溫泉資源豐富且目前化妝品科技純熟,應有利於產品開發與應用的技術支援,研發出屬於台灣的溫泉保養品,創造出具有特色之溫泉專屬產品給國人享用。 台南市楠西龜丹地區屬尚未開發的處女地,市府希望朝精緻化、低密度,以及農村式的觀光溫泉進行規劃,呈現人文、歷史的原貌,還有自然景觀等特色,龜丹溫泉屬於碳酸氫鹽泉,因此希望利用龜丹溫泉-碳酸氫鹽泉的泉質特性及目前市調化妝品銷售第一也是國人愛用的面膜特性,兩者結合調製成溫泉面膜,藉此評估龜丹溫泉面膜對臉部皮膚的有效性,提升龜丹溫泉區多元化的應用,提高溫泉相關產業的產值。 本研究以一般純水及碳酸氫鹽泉兩者不同水質調製成面膜,此面膜需經過檢驗符合衛生署化妝品衛生規定,並且通過皮膚敏感測試,再以臉部保養的方式應用於臉部美容之效益,希望藉由敷臉的使用方式,將不同水質控制組A組(RO水)、實驗B組(碳酸氫鹽泉)兩組面膜評估臉部皮膚的效益。所有受試者全數共10人,隨機分為二組:每組計5人。所有受試者皆進行每週二次,每次二十分鐘,為期四週的面膜檢測。 研究結果顯示,調製後的面膜符合衛生署化妝品衛生規定,可用於臉部及眼瞼,皮膚敏感測試評分皆為0,顯示面膜不會造成皮膚紅腫過敏。控制組A面膜的各項皮膚檢測值只有保溼有明顯差異其它皆無明顯差異,而實驗組B面膜之保濕度有明顯差異且較控制組高,彈性方面實驗組在第一、三、四區皆有隨時間增加而緩慢增加的趨勢,斑點方面實驗組在第一、三區指數有降低的效果,代表斑點淡化的現象,毛孔和皺紋方面控制組和實驗組皆無明顯差異性。整體而言碳酸氫鹽泉具有皮膚保溼、增加彈性和美白等功效,應用於化妝品工業應是值得再深入研究探討的材料。 Owing to people in Taiwan have higher living standard and rest in weekends, the main idea of use and developing hot spring is based on tourism and people’s leisure time. In the early years, Taiwanese were influenced by Japanese hot spring culture and world leading. Their preference to hot springs was shown visibly. The type of hot springs in Taiwan is sodium carbonate springs mostly. This type of hot spring does not have the stinky smell of sulfur and is not like other hot springs with muddy water. It is odorless and colorless. It’s said that this type of hot spring has benefits to skin. It has great effects on skin moisturizing and whitening, so that it is known as Beauty Spa. In recent years, the research has shown that sodium carbonate spring can absorb the free radicals and anti inflammation. There have been some correlative researches in other countries. To refer to the spa studies of skin care in France, the rich hot spring resources and well- skilled cosmetic techniques are the advantages of product development and skill support to develop the unique spa skin care products in Taiwan. The Tainan council plans to develop a elaborately and low density country-style tourism hot spring in an uncultivated wild land located in Guei-Dan region, Nan-Si. It will appear in a cultural and historic look and natural scenery in a distinguishing feature. Guei-Dan hot spring is hydrocarbonate spring. The property of Guei-Dan hot spring is linked up with the masks which were the mostly used cosmetic product by survey in Taiwan to develop into spa masks. Using this as a pretext , we evaluate the effect of Guei-Dan spa masks on facial skin. It not only promotes the multi uses of Guei-Dan hot spring, but also promotes some other spa industries.Two different types of masks are used in this study. One is made of RO water, and the other is made of hydrogen carbonate spring water. These masks must pass the test of DOH make up products and also the sensitive skin rest. Then it is applied on face as facial treatment. By using two groups of facial mask , group A(RO water) and Group B(hydrogen arbonate spring water),to evaluate the benefits of these masks. 10 people are involved in this experiment. They are divided into 2 groups (five people each) randomly. All people will practice the mask examination for 20 minutes every 2 weeks for 4 weeks. The research shows that the prepared mask which complies with a standard of DOH, can be used on face and eyelids. The test result on sensitive skin is zero. It shows that the mask does not cause the red and swollen skin and the allergy.The test result of group A on skin types only shows its moisturizing effect, on the other hand, the test result of group B shows better effect on moisturize. In flexibility, group B shows slowly progress in time increase in section 1,3, and 4. In the test of spot, it also shows the decrease of spots and weaken. Both groups show no differences in controlling pores and wrinkles. In conclusion, hydrogen carbonate spring water has effects of moisturize, improving flexibility and whitening. It is worth to consider in cosmetic industries. |
