根據研究統計有三分之一的成人,一生中曾經發生頸部疼痛的經驗,其中14%的人疼痛甚至持續六個月以上。雖然沒有研究明顯指出哪種方式對於肩頸痠痛的緩解效果最佳,不過經由更多的研究來證實以及增加緩解肩頸痠痛有效益之方法,方得使肩頸痠痛之族群有更多選擇的方式。 目前臺灣對於溫泉的應用與效益雖然仍處於觀光遊憩及健康促進的階段,但希望本研究能驗證溫泉不單單只是對於健康促進有幫助,對於緩解民眾之肩頸痠痛也是有效益的。本研究目的希望瞭解溫泉浸泡及紅外線照射對於緩解肩頸痠痛之成效,也希望能更進一步比較濕熱與乾熱對肩頸痠痛之效益。 實驗將受試者分為衛教組、溫泉浸泡組及紅外線照射組共三個介入方式,總共進行三週的試驗。實驗結果顯示溫泉浸泡組在知覺與疼痛度及頸部最大等長肌力的測量中皆達到了明顯的顯著差異(p<0.05),而頸部關節活動度的測量三組結果皆沒有達到顯著差異。因此本實驗的結論,溫泉浸泡方式不僅可以達到休閒娛樂、舒壓放鬆的效果,對於肩頸痠痛之族群也能達到緩解痠痛的成效。 According to research third of adults had the troubled with neck pain for his lifetime, and even 14% of people suffered from pain for more than six months. Although no study can be clearly proved of which is the best for neck and back pain relief. More researches prove that there are many effective ways to release the neck and back pain. Recently, hot springs in Taiwan, are still on the application of tourism and recreation, health promotion. Hope for this study is not only to approve that the hot springs can help for health promotion, but it also is pretty effective in pain relief. The main purpose of this study can tell the advantages of hot springs soaking to relieve the neck and back pain There are three groups of the experiment for three weeks: health thermotherapy group, hot spring bath group and infrared radiation group. As a nesult of the experiment, the mesurements of hot spring bath group were quite different from other group, especially in pain threshold and pain perception degree and neck maximal isometric muscle strength measurements. The measurement the neck joint activity which were not fromapparently difference. Therefore, to obtain conclusion that the advantages of hot spring socking can not only recreation, and pnessure release, but it also be effectively relief.
