Along with the development of information technology and Internet popularity, making people's lives have delicate change, people rely on Internet needs more diversity. Entering the era of knowledge economy, knowledge development and information technology applications will become personal future and enterprise to economic development key factor to success. Therefore, the medical institutions to implement import information system to help simplify administrative processes to expand economies of scale and learning system through the network to reduce the cost of training nurses, nursing education to increase absorption of expertise learning methods, and to provide patients with good health guardian. This research takes the nursing personnel of national hospital using the E-learning system as a research object, Research framework for information systems success model and Information System Continuance of Expectation-Confirmation Theory model integration discussed, Collected through the questionnaire survey method to collect data and analysis to explore nurses' E-learning systems use efficiency, And for users of the E-learning system to explore whether the five dimensions affect the use effectiveness and continued use will, An additional adjustment of different influence nursing background variables, explore learners "E-learning system" intention difference and connected. Expectations by studying allow hospitals to implement "E-learning system" more smoothly and increase nursing continuing learning advantage.
