    摘要: 本研究旨在比較筆型胰島素注射多媒體影音光碟介入與書面衛教單張介入對提升糖尿病患者筆型胰島素注射技巧認知與護理人員衛教時間之差異性。研究採雙組前後測之實驗性研究設計,於南台灣某醫學中心之新陳代謝科門診進行收案。以方便取樣並隨機分派方式,實驗組(n=40)以多媒體影音衛教光碟配合回覆示教教學;控制組(n=40)採常規護理指導(以書面護理指導單張配合口頭護理指導),以「筆型胰島素注射技巧認知評核表」為研究工具,分別探討並比較多媒體影音衛教光碟以及單張衛教對於需接受胰島素注射之糖尿病病人胰島素注射技巧的認知、血糖控制成效及護理人員臨床衛教時間之差異性。所得資料將以SPSS/Windows 16.0軟體進行基本資料及問卷之鍵入,並以平均數、標準差、百分比、獨立樣本t 檢定、配對樣本t 、卡方檢定等統計分析法呈現研究結果。結果顯示以筆型胰島素注射而言,雖然多媒體影音光碟的衛教介入與傳統衛教介入在糖尿病患者的血糖及糖化血色素並無顯著的差異,但多媒體影音光碟的衛教方式可讓學習者依個人需要反覆練習,透過影像產生模仿的學習效果,藉以增進學習者學習記憶與學習興趣,同時提升學習的滿意度,也能有效減少臨床護理人員的衛教時間,因此可以作為新進護理人員進行糖尿病病人使用筆型胰島素注射技巧衛教活動之參考。
    The purpose of this study is to compare insulin pen multi-media CD-ROMinvolved with health education pamphlets written intervention to enhancediabetic insulin pen cognitive skills health education and nursing timedifference.Posttest study uses the dual quasi-experimental research design, amedical center in southern Taiwan's endocrinology clinic were enrolled.The subjects were divided into experimental grop(multi-media healtheducation CD-ROM)and the control grop(health education leaflets)with 40subjects in each grop. With "pen insulin cognitive skills assessment form" as aresearch tool, Were discussed and compared multimedia health education as wellas single disc Zhang Wei teach need to receive insulin injections for diabeticsinsulin injections of cognitive skills, glycemic control effectiveness and clinicalnursing health education time difference.Data collected were using analyzed by the SPSS 16.0 software package .Based on the nature of the variables of the study, descriptivestatistics,single-sample t- test , paired t test, chi-square test and other statisticalanalysis presented findings.The findings of the study showed the pen-type insulin, the multimediaCD-ROM with the traditional health education intervention health educationintervention in diabetic patient's blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobinreached significant differences, However, health education CD-ROM ways tomake learning personal needs repeated practice, the image produced byimitation learning effect, In order to enhance memory and learning interestlearners, while improving the satisfaction of learning can effectively reduce theIIItime nurses health education and therefore can be used as new nurses forpatients with diabetes use insulin pen tips reference for health educationactivities.
