本研究進行不同副資材、植種配比條件下之生廚餘及熟廚餘堆肥化操作,比較通氣靜堆及翻堆堆積對堆肥化過程肥堆溫度、pH變化及堆肥產品種子發芽率及重金屬含量等物理化學特性之影響。研究發現生廚餘在通氣靜堆之操作條件下,肥堆至完熟堆肥需要的時間較少,而每二至三日進行翻堆堆積(未有強制通氣)所需堆肥化時間較長,但在堆肥化初期時溫度上升較通氣靜堆快,且持溫亦較通氣靜堆操作程序長。研究所得堆肥成品之含水率介於15.66至 31.8% 之間,碳氮比介於 12至 23之間,酸鹼值介於 7.48至 8.79之間,有機質介於 57.8至 77.0% 之間,全氮、磷、鉀之含量分別介於1.84至 4.36%、0.71至 0.91%、0.51至 3.77%,鈉含量分析分別介於 1.03至 2.78%。在通氣靜堆成品的全氮、磷及鈉含量較高,而在翻堆堆積成品的導電度較高且酸鹼值較低。此外,研究所獲堆肥成品皆符合行政院農業委員會農糧署肥料管理法之規定,且通氣靜堆法成品之種子發芽率皆達百分之百,顯示無干擾、抑制種子生長,產品具有腐熟完全之特性。 In this study, composting of raw and cooked food wastes were conducted under different sub-materials to waste ratio and seeding conditions. Effects of active and passive aeration controlled by with and without forcing aeration respectively on the temperature and pH of the pile, and the characteristics of the composting products were evaluated. It was found that the times needed for the composting piles of raw food wastes to be mature by active aeration is less than that of composting piles of cooked food wastes by passive aeration. However, the pile temperature increasing rate without forcing aeration was larger than that of composting with active aeration in the early composting stage. In addition, the higher temperature time lasted for a 2 time longer.Experimental results showed that the moisture contents, C/N ratio and pH of compost products ranged from 15.66 to 31.8 percent, 12-23, and 7.48 to 8.79, respectively. The contents of organic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the products ranged from 57.8 to 77.0%, 1.84 to 4.36%, 0.71 to 0.91%, and 0.51 to 3.77%. The sodium contents of the products were in the range of 1.03 and 2.78%. It was found that the characteristics of all the products are in compliance with the related requirement of Fertilizer Management Act by the Council of Agriculture, Taiwan.
