摘 要本研究以四篇碩士論文,台南地區國小教師及學童對環境衝擊與永續發展、綠色能源及綠色生活認知與態度研究之量化數據為依據,探討國小教師節能減碳之認知與態度。進行方式為透過對前述研究數據之解釋,找出疑義的部分,設計質性問卷,向臺南市國小教師進行個入訪談,探討臺南市國小教職員,對節能減碳之教學信念、環境教育資訊來源、課程現況、課程設計、教育培訓及四向度意見等六類別,進行質性分析之探討。結果顯示,國小教師在信念上皆有正向的態度;教師獲取節能減碳知識來源,主要以網際網路為最多、任教後的環境教育研習課程最有幫助;節能減碳理念之傳遞,以生活習慣規範為主;學校本位課程設計,對推廣節能減碳理念最有幫助;教師透過臺南市國小策略聯盟研習,每年約參加1-2次環境教育研習;教師普遍對環境專業知能,認知仍嫌不足。最後,本文亦提出推動節能減碳環境教育作法及後續研究之建議。 AbstractIn this article, the elementary school teachers’ cognition and attitude toward the Energy saving and carbon reduction was investigated in Tainan city. The data discussed in this paper was based on the quantized data from four master’s thesis, the four titles were “The elementary School Teachers’ and Students’ Cognition and Attitude toward the Environmental Impact and Sustainable Development, the Green Energy, the Green Products and the Green Live in Tainan City”. In order to solute the questions found after the discussion and interpretation of the analyzing data, the qualitative questionnaire was created to interview individually for few elementary school teachers in Tainan city. The six topics, the teaching faith of energy saving and carbon reduction, the sources for the environmental education, the states of existing courses, the courses designing, the education training, and the suitability of four dimensions opinions for the teaching, was as the mainly questions in this questionnaire. The results showed those as following. The first, the elementary school teachers’ have positive attitude in the teaching faith. The second, the source the teachers getting the knowledge of energy saving and carbon reduction comes mainly from internet. The third, the conference in environmental education is the most helpful after teaching. The fourth, the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction was transferred mainly as life norm. The nice design of school-based Curriculum is most helpful for the promotion on energy saving and carbon reduction. The elementary teachers have 1-2 times to join the conference about the topic of the environmental education by the organization of strategic alliance education training in Tainan city. The teachers' professional knowledge and competence on the environmental cognition are still inadequate. Finally, some suggestions were made for the promotion of environmental education on energy saving and carbon reduction and the direction of study in this field.
