    摘要: 本研究以吸附VOCS後的廢棄活性碳做為原料,以五種不同活化方法(超音波活化法、水蒸活化法、酸性活化法、鹼性活化法、高溫熱活化法)配合不同活化時間、含浸比例將廢棄活性碳改質再生。並評估再生活性碳吸附不同濃度的銅溶液比較再生活性碳活化的吸附能力,期望達到廢棄物資源化的目的。 研究結果顯示利用物理化學活化法配合不同活化時間可有效的將廢棄活性碳活化再生並提高表面積。研究結果顯示酸鹼活化濃度於0.5N、水蒸時間於30分鐘、超音波頻率於40KHz、鍛燒溫度於900℃條件,表面積及官能基較能顯現出,而官能基以CH、C=C、C-O、-OH為主,與市售差別不大。而BET方面為847~943m2/g,明顯與未活化前有差。而熱重分析方面損失88%~90%,與市售相差不大。 在吸附應用實驗可發現再生後活性碳對銅的起始濃度於100 ppm的條件下吸附可達70%以上,吸附容量為7.52mg/g~9.235/g。主要為表面積和官能基對於銅的作用,等溫吸附模式以Freundlich模式 R2階再0.9以上,且n值皆大於1,顯示有利於吸附作用,因此Freundlich較符合本研究。而動力吸附實驗則以擬二階方程式較為符合本實驗,主要為R2皆於0.99上,且推估吸附量與實際吸附量相近,因此為化學吸附。
    In this study ,The adsorption VOCS of waste activated carbon as raw materials , In this study use five different activation methods with (ultrasound、Water steam、Acidic activation method , alkaline activation method、high temperature thermal activation method)different activation time、proportion modified waste activated carbon . Rate regenerated activated carbon adsorption different concentrations of copper solution compare modified activated carbon adsorption capacity , expect to achieve waste recycling purposes.The results showed that the use of physical and chemical activation method with different activation time can effectively regenerate the waste activated carbon and increase the surface area . The results show that activation acid concentration in 0.5N, water vapor hours at 30 minutes in the ultrasonic frequency is 40KHz for this condition , surface area And functional groups will be able to develop , the functional group main of CH, C = C, CO, -OH , not very different from with commercially available. BET is 847 ~ 943m2/g , significantbeter to unactivated . the TGA have lost 88% ~ 90% , with commercially available little difference .In the adsorption experiments can be found after regeneration of activated carbon adsorption copper initial concentration with 100 ppm adsorptionup to 70% . Absorption capacity of 7.52mg/g ~ 9.235/g . Mainly surface area and functional groups the role of the copper , Freundlich isotherm model to re-order more than 0.9 R2 , and n value was greater than 1 , the results shows beneficial adsorption . therefore , more relevant to the study Freundlich. kinetic adsorption experiment Places to be second-order equation more in line with this study , mainly on R2 up to 0.99 . Estimate the adsorbed amount with the actual amount of adsorption similar , adsorption of model is chemisorption.
