環顧各類體育運動國際性賽事，大多數優秀運動員仍具學生身分，如何期待優秀學生運動員積極投入專業練習，且不影響其升學管道選擇與職涯發展實有必要性。亦言之，即便退役的優秀學生運動員，未來不投入專業運動領域，仍有發展的一片天。本研究旨在探討目前青少年桌球國手的發展現況、升學管道選擇及職涯發展等相關議題。首先，透過文獻探討瞭解青少年桌球國手如何選擇升學管道與職涯發展路徑，再進行結構式問卷調查。本研究使用普查法，研究對象為2011年青少年男女桌球國手共24名，採行敘述性統計分析，闡釋青少年桌球國手的升學管道選擇與職涯發展現況，並以ANOVA分析不同背景變項的青少年桌球國手其升學管道選擇與職涯發展之差異情形。若達顯著性差異（p<.05）時，再以Scheffe法進行事後比較。最後，分析其職涯發展與升學管道選擇的關係，進行瞭解職涯發展構面：含職涯探索與職涯定向。其次升學管道選擇之解釋能力，將以上揭兩構面為自變數、升學管道選擇為依變數，進行迴歸分析，本研究成果可提供未來頂尖運動學子在進行升學管道選擇與職涯選擇時參考。 Reviewing all kinds of international sports events, most of the excellent athletes were remain students. It was necessary for those outstanding athlete students involved in professional practice, and not affecting their educational advancement selection and career development. That is, even if they retire from their sports careers, the excellent athlete students who do not become professional athletes still have many development options. This study aimed to explore the current developing status of the national team of youth table tennis players, educational advancement options, career development and the related issues. First of all, reviewing literature to explore the youth table tennis national players how to choose the educational advancement and career development path; then, a structured questionnaire would be used in this study. Census method would be used in this study. Those subjects were 2011 young men and women table tennis national players. 24 subjects would be surveyed in this study. Also, descriptive statistical analysis would be adopted to explain the educational advancement of the youth table tennis national players about their selection status of career development. ANOVA would be used to analyze the variances within those players with different background and their education advancement and career development. When it was over significance (p <.05), Scheffe method of post hoc comparisons would be used. Finally, the relationship of their career development and educational advancement options would be analyzed. Career exploration and career orientation would be included to understand the career developing dimensions. Next, the above two dimensions as independent variables and the educational advancement selection as the dependent variable would be adopted regression analysis to explain the education advancement selection paths. The results of this study can provide the excellent sports students for their educational advancement selection and career choice as references.
