From the ethanolic extracts of the whole herb of Euphorbia atoto Forst. f. (Euphorbiaceae), baccatin and mixture of glycosides of campesterol (6.7%), stigmasterol (20.950) and β-sitosterol (72.4%) were isolated and identified by direct comparison of their spectral and physical properties with those of authentic samples. 從大戟科植物濱大戟(Euphorbia atoto Forst. f.)全草之酒精抽取物，經分配萃取和柱層層析分離證明出 Baccatin (Ia) 及固醇類配醣體，後者之非醣基固醇混合物組成經氣相層析分析結果為campesterol (6.7%)，stigmasterol (20.9%)及β-sitosterol(72.4%)。
