| 摘要: | In this study, a more specific enzyme-immunoassay method for the urokinase activity has been developed. The anti-UK (antibody) was isolated rom the rabbit serum and coupled with horseradish peroxidase as the marker enzyme. The enzyme conjugate thus prepared was used for the quantitative analyses of urokinase by a competitive immunoassay in the presence of immobilized UK (UK-Sepharose). This method was comparable in sensitivity to the traditional fibrinolytic assay and an established radio-immunoassay.
本研究敘述一種關於尿激酶的酵素免疫分析法，此法係利用過氧化酶標幟在經部份純化的尿激酶抗體上，再根據競爭性免疫反應以達到定量樣品中尿激酶濃度之目的。其靈敏度（最低檢出濃度為1國際單位/毫升）雖與傳統的纖維蛋白平板分析法或已開發的放射性免疫分析法相似，卻較一般的酯解或醯胺解分析法為高。 |
