Biological half-lives for 180 drugs in human and those for 89 drugs in experimental animals were tabulated with original references and some remarks on the experimental conditions. The correlation coefficient between biological half-lives in human and those in experimental animals was calculated for 98 drugs. Especially for 60 drugs out of them, the correlation between the half-lives in human and those in relatively small experimental animals such as rat, mouse or hamster was also evaluated.
