Oleanolic acid, norathyriol, and a new xanthone glycoside, tripteroside, which was characterized as norathyriol 6-O-β-D-glucoside, were isolated from the fresh herb Tripterospermum taiwanense, and quercetin and rutin were isolated from the fresh herb Gentiana flavo-maculata.
