將 CuCl2⋅2H2O、吡啶-2,4-雙羧酸和1,10-菲羅啉加水混合,利用水熱合成反應,得到單核的銅(Ⅱ)錯合
物,其化學式為[Cu(pdaH)2]⋅2H2O (1) (其中pdaH2 = 吡啶-2,4-雙羧酸)。利用X-Ray 晶體繞射儀、FT-IR 光
譜儀、示差掃瞄量熱儀及元素分析儀,測定產物晶體結構及性質,結果顯示化合物 (1) 是以銅(Ⅱ)離子為
配位中心,含兩個O 原子,以及兩個N 原子,和兩個未配位水分子;氧原子分別來自兩個吡啶雙羧酸上
的第二位置的O 原子,氮原子分別為兩個雙羧酸吡啶環上的氮原子,配位構成平面四方型的幾何結構。
由於吡啶雙羧酸及配位水分子,經由分子間的氫鍵作用(O–H・・・O),亦有O–H・・・π 及C–H・・・π 吡啶環
間的吸引力,自組裝成3-D 高分子化合物。 The title compound , [Cu(pdaH)2]・2H2O (1) (pdaH2 = pyridine-2,4-dicarboxylic acid), was obtained by the
reaction of copper(Ⅱ) chloride dihydrate with pdaH2 and 1,10-phenanthroline. The title compound was
characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and differential
scanning calorimeter. The copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two pdaH2 ligand are belong
to carboxyl acid (at pyridine 2 position), two nitrogen atoms from two pdaH2 ligand and two uncoordinated
water molecules, respectively, showing a square-planar geometry. In addition, the intermolecular O–H⋅⋅⋅O
hydrogen-bonding and C–O⋅⋅⋅π, O–H⋅⋅⋅π stacking interactions further extend the title complexes, forming 3-D
structures.
