摘要:	Museums have played an important educational role in modern society. Apart from providing teaching resources for schools and arranging visits for different organizations, more and more museums have used their own professional manpower and educational resources, to provide opportunities for student interns or trainees. Thus, the management of student interns has become a medium of communication between the museum and the university; the establishment and development of the mechanism of educational cooperation has become significant. Internships are an important means for students to apply in practice the theories they have learnt. However, it is difficult to analyze the effective quality of internships using specific statistics. The present study uses museum interns as a real example. Through behavioral analysis, together with methods including data collection, case studies, analyses and generalizations, it is found that the most influential factor is the interaction among different people. In planning and implementing the internship, whether or not the three parties, namely the departmental administrative staff, the advisory professors, and the supervisors at the museums, have good coordination and work closely together, in addition to building a good communication channel with the intern, are the most important factors affecting the quality of the internship and the degree of satisfaction experienced. I would like to put forward some thoughts and recommendations based on my observations from this practical study.
