    Abstract: 由於科技的日新月異,人類生活品質的提升,全世界的消費者對於個人的健康狀態與外表體態越來越關注。這個趨勢使得化妝保養品在劑型開發上,走向研發可攜帶功效性原料之新穎性載體,以期提高經皮吸收效果。事實上,單在美國市場,化妝品載體的開發一年至少就有四十幾億美元,因此這類新穎性化妝品載體的開發與應用已成為眾所矚目的焦點。常見的載體包含有軟膏與乳霜、液胞(vesicles)、奈米乳液(nanoemulsion)、奈米粒子(nanoparticle)、微乳液(microemulsion)等。其中又以液胞形式存在的載體可包覆疏水性或親水性活性成分最被廣泛的使用與重視。本文主要在說明奈米液胞做為化妝品活性成分傳遞系統的種類、特徵及其物化性質的評估方式。
