| 摘要: | 隨著無線區域網路在醫療機構的應用日益成長，帶動行動醫療之發展，其中行動護理資訊系統之應用可解決傳統護理站固定式資訊化系統之作業方式，可增強護理照護業務之效率及正確性、使資訊能即時傳遞、並促進與其他醫事人員之溝通、以達到病患之照護需求、提昇照護品質，亦可滿足醫院與社會觀感之期望。然而目前國內對行動護理資訊系統的研究，大多著重在技術平台的開發、或是探討醫院導入行動護理資訊系統的因素與使用者的滿意度，而忽略了社會層面的考量，導致無法解釋為何醫院花費大筆資金引進技術或設備卻成效不彰、系統發展未如預期；因此，本研究著眼於整體系統發展不僅需著重在技術層面，也應考量相關的組織層面中有關社會影響因素之考量；以高屏地區第一家發展行動護理資訊系統之醫院為研究標的，使用深度訪談、實地觀摩和相關資料收集方式，從社會技術系統之觀點進行探討其發展行動護理資訊系統之重要因素，以及系統發展之效益與障礙；以內容分析之方法進行分析與探討。藉此了解，以降低醫院發展行動護理資訊系統失敗之風險，並提供未來或正在發展之醫院有一參考依據。
歸納命題之發展發現在社會技術系統中對行動護理資訊系統之影響，在社會系統中包括:組織e化規範、高階主管著工作作風、資訊種子以及開發人員之角色與職責分配、資訊化認知與需求、資訊化動機、政府政策、專案相關人員之互動、資訊種子以及資訊人員與使用者之互動、組織修正推行之時程、資訊課程之修正、標竿學習，在技術系統中包括：機器配備、硬體之考量與設計、軟體之考量、資訊特性、資訊能力應用與培植。
As the the growing wireless applications in medical institutions, lead the development of mobile medical, which mobile nursing information system applications can solve the traditional nursing station fixed information system practices. It can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the nursing care , make information can instantly share and promote communication with other medical personnel to meet patient care needs, improve quality of care also meet the expectations of the hospitals and social perception. However, the domestic mobile nursing information systems, most of the concerns are focus on the development of technology platforms, or to explore the hospital import factors and user satisfaction of mobile nursing information system, neglects consideration of the social level, leading to why cannot explain hospitals spending large amounts to the introduction of technology or equipment, and also let the effectiveness is not outstanding, system development is not as expected. Thus, this research is not only focused on the technical level, but also should consider the relevant factors of the social impact considerations which is related to the organizational level. Study the subject in the first development of mobile nursing information system Hospital in Kaohsiung-Pingtung areas.Using depth interviews, field observation and data collection, to explore the development of mobile nursing information system is an important factor from the viewpoint of socio-technical system, the benefit and barriers of the system development; analysis and discussion of the method of content analysis. To understand, to reduce the risk of hospital development of mobile nursing information system failure, and provide for the future or the development hospital as a reference.
Summarized the development of propositions to discover the impact of mobile nursing information system, social system, including: the e-specification, executives work style, super-users distribution of responsibilities and the role of developers, IT cognitive along with demand, information motivation,interaction of government policies, project personnel to interact, super-users and user interaction , IT staff and user interaction, the organization amendment to the implementation of the schedule, benchmarking. Technology systems include: the machine is equipped with the consideration and design of the hardware, software considerations, information characteristics, information capacity, information application and training. |
