Abstract:	本計畫所製備之中空纖維膜，具分離生質酒精與甲醇之功能，本研究中以適當的溶劑或非溶劑添加有效控制鑄膜溶液於沉澱槽中之成型速度，並有顯著延遲成形效應，能有效製備出具高效率分離皮層之中空纖維膜，此外本計畫亦延伸本年度之計畫成果，以polysulfone 為基礎膜材加入親水性基團，開發具有層次性親水性膜材並研製成出高滲透蒸性能之中空纖維膜，可應用於改進甲醇及乙醇水溶液之滲透蒸發分離能力，本中空纖維膜成膜技術能有效應用於分離90%或95%之乙醇(甲醇)為進料之滲透蒸發系統，產品出料濃度能高於99.9%以上之無水乙醇(甲醇)之膜組。
