Abstract:	隨著世界潮流的大勢所趨，電子化政府是一種必然的時代趨勢，因為在現代社會中，知識是無價的，能夠創造出更多的新知識，並且在較短期間傳播最多的資訊，是在社會競爭中脫穎而出的不二法門。行政院環境保護署特於九十八年度推動EcoLife清淨家園顧厝邊綠色生活網，其目的在於透過網路形成複式動員的社區文化，將營造過程呈現於綠色生活網，進而記錄與激勵使用者熱誠與成長。本研究藉由實際使用綠色生活網之民眾進行問卷調查，探討綠色生活網使用性之評估。研究結果顯示，對於綠色生活網的易用性持正向觀感滿意度僅占五成，六成以上的受訪者認為綠色生活網有助於推動社區環境改造，七成五受訪者認為綠色生活網後續持續推動的必要。受訪者認為綠色生活網的優點主要為提供環保資訊，其缺點則認為操作介面複雜。以卡方分配進行進階分析結果顯示，綠色生活網易用性與受訪者之年齡、綠色生活網易用性與擔任社區角色、綠色生活網戰鬥力積點之客觀公平與受訪者之年齡，此三項具有顯著差異性。 Nowadays, governments provide not only face-to-face service but also internet service. Public sector information platform plays a very important role in government service. Therefore, Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) has introduced the EcoLife Web site network system from 2009. The EcoLife inspired residents' responsibilities to concern their community environments by multiple mobilizations to gather information regarding environmental issues. The aim of this study is to access the current situation and difficulties encountered from the user’s point of view by questionnaires.
