Abstract:	我國推展社區營造政策以來，由於社區積極參與及在政府各項政策的指導下，迄今已有多數社區營造成功的案例，且多數社區已發展出適合台灣自有特色的社區營造模式。為了探討社區案例的營造模式，研究者從不同角度及層面進行分析，提供後續社區營造的參酌依據。爰此，本研究針對臺南市官田區的隆田社區進行系統性的探討，以其環境品質、產業發展與觀光發展三面向作為研究主軸，並進一步探討隆田社區各面向發展之的關連性；研究方法則是以居民問卷調查與社區領導人半結構式訪談為主，並分析隆田社區三面向之單一與交互影響的結果。本研究以正向觀感滿意度與Likert五尺量表平均值作為分析工具，其單一面向之研究結果顯示，常態的社區環境維護與優質的環境保護設施為環境品質最高滿意度的主因，而觀光發展的最低滿意度則是因觀光資源未能有效整合與規劃。多面向交互影響分析結果顯示，產業發展與觀光發展交互影響所呈現的高認同度與平均值，確認兩者間具有相輔相成的效益。多面向交叉分析所呈現的滿意度與平均值皆高於單一面向，顯示社區營造為多面向並存在合作及互利之屬性。正向觀感質化分析與Likert五尺量表平均值呈現一致的關連性，顯示正向觀感滿意度為可信賴的質化分析工具。 Due to the government engagement in community policy, several successful cases of community empowerment have been developed in Taiwan. In order to analyse the factors influencing community empowerment, many researchers have carried out the various case studies of community empowerment. The case of Longtian community in Tainan City was systematically investigated in terms of environmental quality, economic development and tourist development. The research methodology was carried out by both questionnaire and interview. The results of single and mutual aspects of three important factors were analyzed. On the base of both positive satisfaction analysis and five-point Likert-type scale, the result of single factor showed that environmental quality reached the highest satisfaction because of the rutine maintainance and excellent of environmental protection facilities. On the contrary, tourist development reached the lowest satisfactiondue to inefficient integration of turist resources. With regard to the mutual interaction between three factors, a competitive and cooperative relationship between both economic development and tourist development was observed. The satisfactions of mutually interactive factors were generally higher than single factor. It indicated that community empowerment was generally regarded as a diverse and interactive organization. Compared with the results of five-point Likert-type scale, the positive satisfaction analysis seemed to be a reliable tool for evaluation of qualitative analysis.
