    Abstract: 近年來人類的因為過度開發造成許多氣候上的變異如:溫室效應、綠地、生物和生態多樣性的減少、臭氧層耗竭、水汙染、大氣污染和土壤污染等環境問題越來越嚴重,環境問題已經成為社會穩定和危害公眾健康的一個重要因素。而台灣的經濟發展,逐漸強化了各項基礎建設同時提供了開發旅遊產業的需求及市場,在此背景下,台灣的溫泉產業在規劃發展的角度上,亦需結合環境永續之概念,溫泉區的消費者在從事泡湯活動時,須仰賴大自然提供資源與環境場域來進行,而台灣地區溫泉業者逐漸導向多元化泡湯活動的發展,溫泉開發程序亦趨複雜而造成了許多開發後的環境問題及消費者錯誤認知,因此本研究以溫泉泡湯行為的環境永續。
    探討台灣溫泉區消費者的背景變項不同而引響溫泉區之環境知識、環境典範與消費者之環境行為及這三者間是否互相引響。由本研究結果得知,溫泉區進行泡湯行為的消費者對溫泉區之環境知識明顯不足使溫泉區消費者錯誤的認知,而對溫泉區環境造成的影響與破壞,進而引導溫泉區消費者對環境正確的價值觀及保護環境資源的行為,以解決現今的溫泉區的環境問題,達到永續發展之目標。
    Environmental problem has become an influential factor to the social stability and public health due to human over-exploitation on earth that causes in increasing severity in green-house effect, reduction in biological and ecological diversities, ozone-depletion, water pollution, air pollution, soil pollution and etc. In view of economic development in Taiwan, the emphasis on infrastructures-enhancement assists in developing needs and markets for tourism, which depends on the nature to provide resources and environment for operation. Taiwan’s spring spa industry requires its planning and development to combine with the concept of environmental sustainability when providing its consumers with spa-bating activities. As the spa industries gradually diversify the development of bathing activities, the spring-development program has become complex and cause post-developing environmental issues and consumers’ cognition error.
    Therefore this study as a hot spring bathing environment sustainable, discussion on Taiwan hot spring area consumers background different rings model hot spring area of environmental knowledge, environmental paradigm and environmental behavior of hot spring bathe consumer and whether three rings to each other. From this research, the insufficient spring environmental knowledge of consumers induces their cognition error and further destructs spring environment. To achieve goal of sustainability, the education onto spa consumers and environmental resource –protection are to be implemented.
