    Title: 備製含丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷固態脂質粒子及在防曬用品上的應用

    Abstract: 利用固態脂質粒子包埋防曬劑丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷,目的主要是保護防曬劑的防曬效力,避免因為陽光照射,造成防曬劑產生裂解反應,致使防曬效果不佳之問題。.本實驗將固態脂質乳油木果脂,利用均質機均質法進行備製。分別以不同濃度之防曬劑與乳化劑搭配,首先進行粒徑評估,以室溫而言,以粒徑及界面電位兩個數據結果得到較佳的組合以5%乳化劑組合進行總回收率評估試驗,經過90天的室溫評估,含15%丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷經包埋處理,總回收率為94.8%,最後將已經包埋處理與未包埋處理之防曬劑丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷添加相同含量在含有Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate (Eusolex 2292)的乳液配方中,之後,進行SPF值的體外(in vitro)測定,結果顯示,在相同含量丁基甲氧基二苯甲醯基甲烷經過固體脂質包埋處理的樣品組,SPF值測定結果,經過包埋處理的樣品組比較未經包埋處理的樣品組的SPF值高出7-8個防曬係數,在產品防曬劑的回收量部分經90天後評估,可達到7-18%的降解減緩作用,因此說明經過包埋處理的防曬劑確實具有增加防曬係數的效果及減緩降解性的作用。
