Abstract:	本發明揭露一種利用吸光值變化定量評估抑制黑色素生成效果之方法，其係不需使用紙錠，只需使用一種培養液對特定鏈黴菌進行液態培養，藉由直接測量培養液之吸光值變化，即可定量判斷待測樣本之抑制黑色素生成之效果，因此可應用於大量篩選出抑制黑色素之物質，從而精確量化待測樣本抑制黑色素之生成效果。
